FLAVOUR PROFILE:
Volante Caribbean Molasses Blend opens with a deep, dark sweetness of dense, almost caramel-like texture, immediately evoking classic, long-aged spirits from the hot regions of the Caribbean. This is followed by notes of noble wood, adding warmth, structure, and seriousness to the composition. Accents of juicy fruit, subtle spice, and a delicate hint of smoke complete the profile, creating a full, complex character with a long, velvety finish.
Volante Caribbean Molasses Blend 0.0% is an alcohol-free interpretation of rum inspired by the character of dark Caribbean spirits. In this version, the bottle comes in a dedicated Volante gift box designed specifically for Caribbean Molasses Blend. The drink itself remains exactly the same product – only the packaging changes.
The flavour profile is based on sugar cane molasses combined with oak, vanilla, chocolate and spices. The molasses provides natural sweetness and depth, while the oak notes give the overall profile a drier, barrel-aged character. A subtle warming sensation on the finish completes the flavour and evokes the experience associated with traditional rum.
Caribbean Molasses Blend can be served over ice or used as a base for mixed drinks. Its distinctive profile pairs well with cola, citrus fruits and tropical juices, making it equally suitable for alcohol-free versions of classic rum cocktails.
The gift box is designed to complement the label and the Caribbean character of the product. It means the bottle requires no additional wrapping and is ready to give as a gift. It is simply the gift version of Volante Caribbean Molasses Blend 0.0%, containing a standard 700 ml bottle.
Volante Caribbean Molasses Blend was created with cocktails in mind, where warmth, depth, and an exotic character take center stage. Its gently sweet, caramel–molasses profile naturally pairs with fruits, citrus, and spices, forming a base that lends drinks softness and a bold tropical accent.
It shows its full potential in classic rum-inspired serves — with cola, lime, and ice, in Cuba Libre–style variations, or simple highballs with fruit juices. It also excels in more complex cocktails featuring pineapple, passion fruit, ginger, or spiced syrups.
Unlike neutral bases, Volante Caribbean Molasses Blend acts as the defining flavour core of a drink. It enhances sweeter ingredients, softens sharper accents, and unifies the composition into a harmonious whole that remains expressive without becoming overwhelming.
It is the ideal choice wherever you want to create an alcohol-free cocktail with a rich, rum-inspired character — full-bodied, smooth, and unmistakably exotic.

MOLASSES
The flavour of sugarcane molasses is a key element of rum’s distinctive profile, giving the drink a deep, sweet, caramel-like note. This rich sweetness blends with other ingredients to create a full and balanced tasting experience. As a result, the composition gains exceptional smoothness and natural intensity that sets it apart.
OAK WOOD
Alongside sugarcane molasses, oak wood forms the foundation of the characteristic rum profile. It brings rich woody aromas with notes of vanilla and gentle sweetness, adding refined depth. These elements create a lasting, full, and harmonious impression that lingers on the palate.
COCONUT FLAKES
The delicate, creamy flavour of coconut flakes adds softness and exotic sweetness that envelops the other notes. This subtle tropical accent tempers the intensity of the composition, lending creamy smoothness and an elegant, harmonious finish that stays on the palate.
DRIED PINEAPPLE
Pineapple introduces juicy tropical sweetness with vibrant fruit freshness that enlivens the entire flavour profile. Its energetic character adds lightness and fruity brightness, harmonising with the deeper notes of the blend and giving the drink a dynamic, refreshing dimension.
Alcohol-Free Rum as a Gift – An Alternative to a Traditional Bottle
Alcohol-free rum as a gift is an interesting option for people who enjoy the distinctive flavour of dark rum but, for various reasons, choose alcohol-free drinks. Instead of giving up the ritual altogether, they can reach for a 0.0% spirit that retains notes associated with rum – molasses, oak, vanilla, spices and subtle sweetness. The gift version of Volante Caribbean Molasses Blend 0.0% combines a 700 ml bottle with a dedicated gift box. The packaging was designed specifically for this product and reflects its Caribbean character.
Which Alcohol-Free Rum to Choose as a Gift?
When choosing an alcohol-free rum, it is worth paying particular attention to the flavour profile. Caribbean Molasses Blend is inspired by dark rums, giving it a deeper and more distinctive flavour than light, fruity alcohol-free drinks. Molasses provides natural sweetness, oak contributes drier notes, while vanilla, chocolate and spices complete the profile. Thanks to this combination, alcohol-free rum can make an interesting gift both for someone who previously enjoyed traditional rum and for anyone who simply likes discovering new products from the 0.0% category.
A 0.0% Rum Gift That Can Be Used in Cocktails
Alcohol-free rum does not have to sit on the shelf after being received as a gift. Caribbean Molasses Blend can be served over ice, but it was primarily created for mixing. The simplest combination is cola and citrus, although the product can also be used in more elaborate cocktails. It works well in alcohol-free interpretations of classics such as Cuba Libre, Piña Colada and Dark & Stormy. Its distinctive profile of molasses, oak and spices helps retain the rum-like character of a drink even when it is prepared entirely without alcohol.
An Alcohol-Free Gift for Different Occasions
Alcohol-free rum in a gift box is not limited to one particular occasion. It can be given for a birthday, Christmas, an anniversary or simply as a small gift when visiting someone. It is particularly suitable when you know that someone enjoys rum flavours but does not drink alcohol or is consciously reducing their alcohol consumption. The gift version of Volante Caribbean Molasses Blend contains exactly the same 0.0% spirit as the standard bottle. The difference is the dedicated gift box, which gives the product a ready-to-gift presentation without the need for additional wrapping.
